The ER34615 is a high-performance lithium thionyl chloride (Li-SOCl₂) primary battery. It features a fully sealed stainless steel cylindrical casing with dimensions of 34 mm in diameter and 61.5 mm in height, also known as a D-type or size 1 battery. It offers a shelf life exceeding 10 years at room temperature, with some manufacturers claiming up to 15-20 years.
Safety & Reliability: The fully sealed stainless steel casing ensures integrity through hermetic welding. Internal safety features such as venting grooves, fuses, or PTC devices are incorporated to prevent over-pressure and short-circuit risks. It is free of hazardous heavy metals like mercury, cadmium, and lead, meeting environmental requirements.
